What is your problem with this? Please explain.
Is it the billboards. I agree that's kind of over the top.
But if you're upset that they are worrying about and trying to prevent childhood obesity, that's lame. Childhood obesity is a growing trend in America and a dangerous one. Childhood obesity leads to adult obesity and early death due to preventable problems. American food is terrible for you and most families are eating more and more pre-made meals instead of homemade meals. The trends in what we eat and how much of it are leaning toward making our childrens bodies unable to be healthy. Combine that with the growing lethargy in America and you have a serious problem.
When there are people under the age of 25 having heart attacks, there's a problem.

Oh no, I have no quarrel with preventing childhood obesity. Childhood obesity is a serious problem: agreed.

But the pun in these posters is bad to the point of seeming sinister. "Childhood obesity is not to be taken lightly"? I mean, that's just setting itself up for a joke.

Oh, and the doctor's face. It kind of looks like someone just told her that every kitten in America has just died of cancer.
